The project involved the renovation and modernization of 90 Park Avenue’s lobby and entry, creating a dynamic space evocative of the energy in the surrounding neighborhoods. The elevated ceilings and marble walls of the lobby work in conjunction with the glass entry to lend a sense of depth and brightness to the space.

Adding a youthful touch, the lobby acts as a gallery for Doyle Partners artwork, ‘Color Library.’ The piece displays tiers of rectangular and square blocks in varying shades of brown, red, orange and green.
